The Greenhouse

This original greenhouse design by JCS stands apart because of its beautiful interior post and beam construction, ample light and pleasing esthetic proportions. The five six-light barn sash windows are hinged to open out, making this design comfortable and easy to use. Additional windows, one in the gable end and the other two on the side of the door, allow extra light and enhance the charm of this little cottage.

The roofing material is corrugated translucent fiberglass, allowing the light to further penetrate but not to overheat the building with direct sun light. The cottage sits on a layer of treated lumber, with recommended placement on a layer of brick or stone, gravel, or directly on the ground. A complete wrap-around planting table provides ample work and plant space. The overall height is 8'6". This Green house shed in the picture has been customized with a salvaged door and wrought iron hinges. * We can customize your greenhouse on-site for all seasons, and for a variety of personal uses.
